ok so, I was just following the 3 minute video tutorial anon made, but I couldn't just find a color that looked like kodomo's by randomly clicking on the color selector, so I just opened the kodomo file, used the sample tool to get the exact color, and used that, however this was my end result https://files.catbox.moe/31zmky.png then I posted it regardless and some other anon fixed the hair color with dark magic

regardless, by using that same method I got the right colors for the Monika kana edit, on her hair, jacket and eyes for example

really I have no clue why it works or fails

when it fails I just repaint it all on mspaint, like the hanyuu edit with the same sample method for the colors
